Roger Clegg

CEO & Director

Member of the Board

Roger Clegg is a mining and natural resources executive with over 25 years' international experience. A geologist by training, he has held senior positions in mining finance and corporate leadership, including at Barclays Capital, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Ambrian plc and Imara Corporate Finance. His experience spans mineral exploration, project finance, M&A, capital markets and mining investment across South America, Africa and other international markets.

Titus Gebel

Dr. Titus Gebel has over 20 years in the resource sector with deep legal and governance expertise. He was the co-founder and former CEO of Deutsche Rohstoff AG, which he took public (FSE:DR0) and also a former director at Osisko Exploration where he was instrumental in early financing for the Malartic gold mine. Dr. Gebel is chairman and major shareholder of Aumontis Holding AG, Argentina Metals' biggest shareholder.

Raymond D. Harari

Raymond D. Harari is the founder of Canalis Capital and a native Spanish speaker, focused on mining, AI, and energy investments. He led multiple TSXV and CSE listings, including Westward Gold, Hercules Metals and Sendero Resources. Mr. Harari has a strong track record in structuring early-stage public companies with tight cap tables.

Julio Pulisich

Julio Pulisich is a successful Mendoza-born entrepreneur across a variety of sectors incl. mining, real estate, retail & professional services. He is the Co-Founder of Torre-Pulisich Accounting Firm, and has worked extensively with mining companies for over 30 years through his firm. Besides his work as a Director, Julio is overseeing Argentina Metals' local subsidiaries.

Tim Heenan

Timothy Heenan is a geologist with over 30 years of exploration expertise and extensive background spanning junior to major multinational mining firms. As a regional specialist for Chile and Argentina, including the role as CEO of Mirasol Resources, Timothy has comprehensive experience across the full exploration lifecycle, from grassroots to advanced stages, and a proven discovery track record.

Martin Hoff

Member of the Board

Martin Hoff has over 20 years of experience as a resource-focused investor and strategic advisor in Europe. He is a managing Partner at HuHo Capital and Chief Investment Officer of Aumontis Holding AG. Mr. Hoff also has experience serving as a board director with TSXV-listed T2 Metals and other early-stage explorers.

Carlo Rigillo

CFO

Carlo Rigillo has over 20 years of experience as the CFO for TSX and CSE listed companies. He is skilled in financial reporting, M&A transactions, and investor relations for growth-stage and public companies.

Mariam Farah

Manager Licenses

Mariam Farah is a jurist based in Mendoza, working with Julio Pulisich. As a specialist for mining and exploration licenses, she is taking care of the good standing of Argentina Metals' license areas.

Zach Goldenberg

Capital Markets Advisor

Zachary Goldenberg is a corporate lawyer specializing in go-public transactions on the TSXV. He is a principal at Liberty Venture Partners with deep capital markets experience. Previously, he has advised on financings, listings, and M&A for multiple resource companies.

Enrique Reichhard

Vice-President Exploration

Enrique "Heini" Reichhard is a Chilean-German geologist with over 40 years of exploration experience across South America. He has held senior leadership roles including Director & President of Codelco Do Brasil, Country Manager & Director of Billiton Ecuador, and General Manager & Director of Minera Teck Chile, and has contributed to four projects that were developed into producing mines. He brings deep expertise in copper porphyry and precious-metal systems.

Peter Geerdts

Senior Geologist

Peter Geerdts has more than 20 years of global exploration experience across Australia, Africa, and Europe. He was the co-founder and Technical Director at Alderan Resources and has eminent experience with copper porphyries. Mr. Geerdts focuses on target generation, structural geology, and remote sensing workflows.

Jamil Sader

Geologist, Head of Data Management

Dr. Jamil Sader is a geoscience professional with over 26 years of experience driving discovery and innovation in the global mining and metals sector. His expertise spans the entire mineral exploration value chain, from technical field programs to executive leadership.

Brice Jonassen

Data Expert

Brice Jonassen is a GIS specialist with expertise in remote sensing, multispectral and hyperspectral imagery, and geospatial data analysis. Mr. Jonassen has applied spectral imaging workflows to support mineral exploration and target generation across North and South America.

Chris Paul

Geological Advisor

Chris Paul is the CEO of Hercules Metals and a geologist with over 15 years of discovery experience. He is the founder of Ridgeline Exploration (acquired by Goldspot in 2021) and a key contributor to copper and gold discoveries.

Joaquin Marias

Geological Advisor

Joaquin is a Mendoza-born geologist and mining executive with over 16 years of international experience across the Solomon Islands, Australia, Canada, Alaska, and Argentina, and is co-founder, President, CEO, and Director of Argenta Silver Corp. Under his leadership, Argenta raised CAD $60.5 million and earned a spot among the TSX Venture 50™ 2026 in its first year as a public company, while he also serves as a Director of Crossroads Gold and Lunex Metals.
