Argentina Metals Announces Closing of Acquisition of Portfolio of Properties in Mendoza, Argentina from Maref Group

Argentina Metals Corp. has received approval from the Mendoza Mining Ministry for the transfer of a 100% interest in the Angellica, Roma, Veneto and Belluno properties—totaling 19,151 hectares in Mendoza, Argentina—from Andean Exploration S.A. to its wholly-owned subsidiary. The completed transaction expands the Company's district-scale land position in Mendoza Province ahead of its inaugural field season, set to begin in Q4 2026. As final consideration, VLLC paid US$812,000 in cash and issued 1,050,000 common shares, bringing its total shares outstanding to 73,073,343.

Argentina Metals Announces OTCQB Listing

Argentina Metals Corp. announced that its common shares will commence trading on the OTCQB Venture Market at market open on July 29, 2026, under the symbol "VLLCF", and that it is applying for DTC eligibility to facilitate electronic settlement in the United States. The Shares will continue trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under "VLLC" and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under "VA5", with no additional securities issued in connection with the listing.
